To provide demand-driven, quality skill training.
To enhance the employability and entrepreneurial capabilities of beneficiaries in the region.
The program offers market-relevant trades including Tourism and Hospitality, Heavy Machinery, Construction, Power Crushing, Gems and Gemology, Solarization, and Entrepreneurship training, among others.
Training is aligned with national and international standards to meet industry demands
Applicants must be permanent residents of the Merged Districts (NMDs) and aged between 18 and 35 years.
Candidates must not have previously availed or currently be availing any other training facility funded by federal, provincial, or donor agencies
Training will be conducted in multiple public and private sector institutes across Pakistan, including technical colleges in the Merged Districts.
The program adopts an outsourced model, engaging accredited training providers to deliver courses
